Automatic Rescue Device

Elevator emergency automatic rescue device (also known as ARD) is a special device installed in an elevator which is only used during an event of a power failure or blackout in a building. An elevator emergency landing device is useful for preventing passengers from becoming trapped inside an elevator during a power failure.

  • Increases passengers sense of security and comfort: Fewer entrapments
  • Simple interface and installation reduces downtime
  • Less expensive than more complex generator systems
  • Device automatically sense the power failure and turn on lift on the battery backup and drives the elevator to the nearest floor to rescue the passenger if inside the lift cabin.

Biometric System

The reader can be a simple RFID type reader or a biometric reader (finger print sensor). When the right credential is detected, the COP buttons get activated and after then pressing the floor button call is registered to the controller and then elevator system moves the elevator.

This type of system can be done inbuilt in the Car Operating Panel which is located in the cabin of elevator.

Overload Non Start System

An elevator car overload warning system which includes a weight sensor for sensing the weight of a load in the elevator car, a control unit connected to the sensor for detecting signals emitted from the sensor and thereby computing the weight of the load in the car and an annunciator connected to the control unit and positioned within the car for annunciation to passengers within the car that the load limit of car has been exceeded.
